Hunan Jiahe Hongxing Foundry was established in 1983. In 2001, it acquired the casting workshop of Jiahe County Hydropower Equipment Factory. The factory is located in Chetouqiao Town, Jiahe County. It covers an area of 24,000 square meters, a plant area of 4,800 square meters, and has fixed assets of 8 million CNY. There are 96 production workers and 4 engineering technicians, including 1 senior engineer, 1 engineer and 2 assistant engineers. Hongxing has a strong ability to develop new products.
Since the establishment of the company, according to the company's development goals, Hongxing trains employees who are suitable for high-end casting production, trains employees to serve customers, and strengthens employees' quality awareness. So far, a relatively stable team with high operational skills has been formed. Hongxing adopts cupola furnace, resin sand and clay sand machine modeling, and has complete process control and testing equipment. The main casting materials produced are HT200; HT250; HT300; QT400-18; QT450-15; QT500-7; QT600-3; QT700 -2; alloy cast iron containing Cr, Mo, Cu, W, etc. Hongxing can produce high-strength castings with high air-tightness requirements and wear-resistant, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant cast iron according to customer needs, and can also produce foreign corresponding cast iron parts according to customer needs. Based on the production of high-end castings, the production capacity reaches 1,000 tons per month.
