Foundry Companies in Guangdong Gradually Settled in Jiahe County

From January to March 2009, Jiahe Economic Development Zone received a total of more than 200 owners of foundry companies from Guangdong, signed more than 10 investment agreements, and introduced 160 million CNY in capital. More than 360 acres of industrial land in Shiyan Industrial Avenue Founding District of the Industrial Park has been leased out. The return of Jiahe's foundry enterprises from Guangdong to their hometowns, Jiahe County, has set off another boom.

There are more than 400 large-scale foundry companies founded by Jiahe people in Guangdong, with total assets exceeding 3 billion. To encourage the foundry enterprises in Guangdong to return to their hometowns and start their businesses, this year, Jiahe County established the working idea of establishing an industrial park of the foundry industry and promoting the brand of The Foundry Capital in South China. A series of preferential policies such as Several Opinions on Promoting the Development of Foundry Industry and Foundry Industrial Park were issued. Establishing a guiding fund of foundry industry to guide and support the foundry enterprises in upgrading, technological transformation, and research and innovation. And a guarantee company was established to unblock the financing channels of the enterprise and provide a good environment for the development of the foundry enterprise to the greatest extent. The excellent environment for investing has attracted a large number of casting enterprises in Guangdong to gradually settle in Jiahe County. At present, 30 enterprises including Xiongjian Machine Tool, Lei Shi Machinery Casting, and Zhonghe Casting have been introduced in Tantang Industrial Park. Foundry enterprises account for 90% of the entire park, and 12 of the 13 foundry enterprises with an investment of more than 10 million CNY are returning enterprises from Guangdong.
